6. f. Uploading or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others
7. g. Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
8. h. Engaging in any activity that may cause damage to Meast Digital or Meast Digital reputation

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership: Meast, including its design, features, and content, is owned and operated by Meast Digital or its licensors. All intellectual property rights in Meast are reserved by Meast Digital and its licensors.

2.2 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Meast Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Meast for the intended purposes.

2.3 Restrictions: Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any portion of Meast without the prior written consent of Meast Digital.
